Why Exhibit?
Up to 2,000 women (and men) are expected to attend the 2020 Women’s Leadership Conference. This extraordinary annual one-day gathering, now in its 25th year, is the premier women’s leadership event for networking and educational information in the region.
The conference features nationally and internationally recognized speakers who are leaders in business, finance, media, leadership development, and health. Year after year, the Conference empowers, inspires, and engages women from Western New England and beyond.
One of the outstanding features of the conference is that exhibitors have the opportunity to present products (new and existing) and services to an audience that is diverse, professional, and influential.We especially look for exhibitors who can show that their service, product and/or company empower and enhances a woman’s life. We strive to maintain a blend of products and services offered to our attendees. Examples of exhibitor types include retail vendors, healthcare organizations, non-profits, government agencies, professional services, etc.No more than 70 exhibitors will have the ability to reach women decision makers to make profitable new business contacts, present new products, and educate to fulfill outreach, diversity and recruitment programs.
Exhibitor Fee $500 per space
Exhibitor cancellations received in writing by February 1 will receive deposit less $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations received in writing February 1-February 28 receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after February 28, 2020. Payments not made by February 27, may result in losing your space to another on the waitlist.(Participation deadline: March 1 or when space is full)

Listed as Exhibitor in the conference program (Must have registered by March 2nd to be included in the program listing)
- Listed as an exhibitor on WLC website with hyperlink to Exhibitors home page
- Six-foot Exhibitor table, skirted, two (2) chairs
- Box lunch provided for two (2) company representatives
Not included, ordered an additional fee during registration :
- Pipe and Drape – $25.00
- Electricity – $75.00
Note: In an effort to provide diverse products and services, conference management reserves the right to limit similar product offerings and services. Exhibitors are expressly prohibited from promoting political candidates/parties.
Installation and Dismantle
The installation of exhibitor space may occur between 3:00 and 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, and/or starting at 6:15 a.m. on Friday, March 27.
The Conference will open at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020, and concludes at 4:30 p.m. the same day. Tables must be set up, and Exhibit Personnel must be at their tables, by 7:15 a.m. the morning of the Conference.
Exhibitors are asked to not dismantle their tables until after 3:15 p.m., or when the last keynote speaker starts.
Direct Selling
In the event that an Exhibitor engages in on-location transactions, the Exhibitor is responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws regarding sales taxes and laws that may pertain to such sales.
Shipments to the Site
All shipments must go directly to the MassMutual Center, Attn WLC 2020, 1277 Main St. Springfield MA 01103. These can only arrive between Monday, March 23 THROUGH Wednesday, March 25 to MAKE SURE it is there for set-up on March 26.
